Modern processing at TEXPROCESS 2026 in Frankfurt
PFAFF INDUSTRIAL is the innovation leader in textile welding. Modern and sustainable joining techniques without consumables (no thread, no needle, no joining glue/adhesive) characterize the comprehensive product portfolio. At TEXPROCESS 2026 in Frankfurt, PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will present solutions for the following areas:
- Joining technical textiles
- Continuous seam sealing
- Applying reflective strips using hot air

PFAFF 8311-105 & PFAFF 8311-005
Programmable ultrasonic welding machines
Machines of the 8311 series are modern ultrasonic solutions for textile welding. Seam lengths and work cycles can be programmed easily and intuitively (sequence welding) – the energy is adjusted (via pedal) to the speed (dynamic welding). This guarantees a complete reproducibility of the welding process. The machines operate at a comfortable, ergonomic ultrasonic welding frequency of 35 kHz (silent production). Smart functions such as seam end detection and material detection (e.g., cross seams) are standard features of the machines. The separate drive of the sonotrode and anvil wheel enables differential feed - smooth, non-distorted seams or the possibility of adding fullness are possible. At the TEXPROCESS trade fair, PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will be exhibiting the PFAFF 8311-005, a standard welding machine (with one welding wheel), and a PFAFF 8311-105 as CUT & SEAL DUAL (double wheel version). Cutting, sealing, and welding a second seam in ONE operation.

PFAFF 8333-342
Process-reliable hot-air tape welding machine (post from the front) for continuous seam sealing
The PFAFF 8333 is the high-end version of the PFAFF tape welding machine series. Maximum process reliability and unique process control characterize this solution for demanding applications. Equipped with an innovative 3D axis nozzle swivel, it is the first machine in the world where all relevant influencing factors can be preset for specific welding programs. The PFAFF 8333 has an ECO MODE. When not welding, the machine immediately reduces its energy consumption. This significantly reduces its CO2 footprint. The tape cutting and tape guidance concept is also unique. Specifically, the new tape guidance system allows for stepless adjustment of tape widths from 8 to 30 mm. The 3D-printed nozzle is extremely quiet and has a significantly improved efficiency rating, better than all other variants on the market. As a result, it consumes less air and heating energy, which makes the machine more sustainable.

PFAFF 8323-040-005
Modern hot-air welding machine for welding reflective strips onto workwear, sportswear, protective & safety clothing in the highest quality
Based on the PFAFF 8323 hot air welding machine, a special version has been designed for the reliable welding of reflective strips onto workwear, sportswear, protective & safety clothing. This PFAFF solution enables manufacturers to save up to 70% of the time required for the traditional application method of sewing or hot pressing. With the PFAFF 8323, the (strip) lengths can be programmed precisely. Individual segments and complete sequences can be programmed. The tape cutter ensures a flush strip start and end with a straight strip cut. Whether reflective strips are applied to straight sewn parts (e.g., back sections of a jacket) or tubular parts (e.g., sleeves), the machine greatly simplifies this process.
Together with Dürkopp Adler, KSL Joining Technology, Richpeace, Habraken and Liersch, we will exhibit at a large joint stand in Hall 8, Stand No. G60 & G70. Around 50 modern and innovative solutions for the textile and leather processing industry will be presented to visitors by a competent trade fair team of the six brands over the four exhibition days.
